Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you're not fully satisfied with your MellowHour Belt, you may request a return for a refund or replacement.
How to start a return: Email hello@mellowhour.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return label and instructions.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resellable condition. For hygiene reasons, used products can only be returned if they are defective or arrived damaged.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges: Need a different size or color? Start a return and place a new order — it's the fastest way to get what you want.
Damaged or defective items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
