Refund Policy

We want you to love MellowHeat Belt. If you're not happy with your purchase, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, email hello@softcycle.co with your order number. Items must be returned in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted on used products unless defective.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.
